We are also accredited as Veteran Aware through the Veterans Covenant Healthcare Alliance (VCHA), in recognition of our support for ex-forces personnel in their employment and the wider community.

We are actively developing our Armed Forces programme, including:
Tailored recruitment support to Armed Forces leavers. We guarantee interviews for Veterans and serving Reservist and Cadet Forces Adult Volunteers who meet the minimum essential criteria.
Paid time off for Cadet Forces Adult Volunteers to attend annual camps.
Protecting time for reservists on mobilisation for operations.
Honorary contracts for registered Paramedics and supportive mentoring for Newly Qualified Paramedics from the Armed Forces.
Work experience opportunities for service leavers and ex-service personnel.
