Our Sub-Strategies
Our five Sub-Strategies support the delivery of the EMAS Strategy (2023-2028). The EMAS Strategy belongs to us all, and the Sub-Strategies demonstrate how every team and colleague at EMAS will contribute to its delivery.
It is important to us that our strategy is accessible to everyone. We have developed summaries of our Sub-Strategies to support you to understand our ambitions.

Clinical Strategy
The EMAS Clinical Strategy supports us to deliver our clinical operating model. It shows how we are responding to our ten clinical and population group priorities. It also explains the impact on our workforce and delivery partners.
