One of our ambulances was involved in a collision while transporting a patient to Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby at around 18.30 on 9 June 2020 on the A16 near Calceby, Lincolnshire.
Multiple ambulance resources including the air ambulance attended the scene.
The crew and the patient on board the ambulance involved in the collision sustained no injuries and that patient continued their journey to hospital in a different ambulance.
